# Sneaker types

There are five Sneaker NFT types, each designed to suit a different exercise intensity and/or fitness level：

| Trainer | Any             | ≥13 mins           | An all-around Sneaker with wide optimal range but lower efficiency         |
| Walker  | ≥11‘20”         | 6 mins \~ 13 mins  | A pair of Sneaker best for walking speeds                                  |
| Jogger  | 11’20“ \~ 8‘30” | 8 mins \~ 12 mins  | A pair of Sneaker best for jogging speeds                                  |
| Racer   | ≤8‘30”          | 9 mins \~ 12 mins  | A pair of Sneaker for running speeds - also has the best efficiency levels |
| Trekker | Any             | ≤6.5 mins          | An all-around Sneaker with low optimal pace range                          |

The five different Sneakers NFTs currently have 5 different combinations of Weight/Bounce, though these may be increased in the future.
