Register and Activate Gritti Account
To complete the registration process, you will need to
a) provide a valid email address to be used as login name and to receive important information from Gritti
b) input the verification code (6 digit code) obtained directly from Gritti through the login email mentioned above (please also check the spam folder within your email mailbox, as sometimes the code is sent there)
c) input the activation code (8 digit code) obtained from or other Gritti users.
Create Gritti Wallet Upon successful registration and activation, in order to create a Gritti Wallet, you need to
a) click on the icon showing your account balance @ the upper right hand corner of the app b) click on Wallet icon @ the top of the screen and select “Create New Wallet” Important - the 12-word seed phrase represents the private key used to access funds stored in your Gritti Wallet, so DO NOT SHARE with anyone and STORE SECURELY in a place only you have access to because the seed phrase is NON-RECOVERABLE if lost. Seed phrase can also be used to recover access to your Gritti Wallet as a result of i) loss and damage to mobile device, ii) reinstallation of Gritti, iii) loss of the 6 digit password used to access Gritti Wallet, iv) other circumstances where access to Gritti Wallet is lost.
Transfer BNB into your Spending Wallet Transfer BNB to Spending Wallet (accessed by clicking the Spending tab under Wallet ), which can be used to purchase Sneaker NFTs in the Marketplace. Keep in mind that it would be convenient to always keep some BNB as gas in your Gritti Wallet.
Purchase a Sneaker NFT Once the BNB has been transferred to your Spending Wallet, you can purchase your first pair of Gritti Sneaker NFT in the Marketplace! Please utilize the filter/selection tools available in the Marketplace to find a Sneaker NFT which fits your running/walking style best.
Equip your Sneaker NFT Before you start running, go to your inventory, and click “Equip” on the pair of Sneakers NFTs you just bought. Now you are all set!
However, to earn GRI, you must have , 1 point of energy corresponds to 1km of distance. Energy is replenished at a rate of 6.25% of the maximum Energy every 6 hours (fixed at UTC+0 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00) over a 4-day period; allowing users to rest and accumulate energy to run longer distances.
